Privacy Policy

What we collect. Depending on how you use Bet Navigator, we may collect launch-list signup details, account and sign-in details, subscription status, route and shop activity, saved bets and slip photos, personal intel or flags you choose to save, forum content, and support messages.

Location data. The app can request location access to show nearby shops, improve routes, and detect arrivals during navigation. Location is optional for most of the product and is only used when those features are active.

How we use data. We use data to run the app and website, send product emails where you opted in, provide support, reduce abuse, verify subscription-linked access, and improve reliability.

Service providers. Bet Navigator uses specialist providers including Clerk for authentication, Supabase for backend and data storage, RevenueCat for subscription status, Google services for maps and place search, Netlify for the public website, Resend for launch emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile for signup protection.

How data is protected. Requests to the backend are authenticated, traffic is sent over HTTPS, and mobile session tokens are handled through secure platform storage. Personal intel and private account data are not posted publicly by default.

Your choices. Inside the app you can erase app data, request full account deletion, and cancel subscriptions through the app store billing flow. If you delete app data, sign-in and billing records may still remain until the full account is deleted.

Retention. We keep data for as long as the account or feature needs it, or for limited security, billing, and support reasons. When deletion is requested, app content is removed from Bet Navigator systems unless we need to retain a small amount for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or payment records held by third-party billing providers.
